When I plug either HD 7 into my PC, it recognizes my Fire 7 tablets but I cannot look at the internal files on either tablet nor can I see the Micro SD card nor its files. The problem lies with Amazon Fire HD 7 and I have lost my patience. When I plug my HD 10 into my PC, I can look at the internal memory file structure of my HD 10, I can look at the external Micro SD card file structure on my HD 10, I can copy and paste and delete files from both.
